I had the pleasure of working with Kristin when she was the Director of the Art Department at Roman, Inc. Kristin’s creativity was impressive. She worked with a diverse product line, and continually developed unique solutions for packaging and display needs. She was a strong leader, managing both packaging designers, and product designers effectively, a testament to her knowledge of artistic techniques and leadership ability. Kristin was doggedly pursued streamlined processes and cost-saving techniques, but never sacrificed the ultimate goal, which was effectively marketing the product. I would gladly work with Kristin again.
